Metroplex Tech Computer Service & RepairIf you need fast, immediate on-site service, you can call us (or schedule online) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a speedy on-site service call. Depending on the emergency, we can arrive at your office within 1 or 2 hours. Arrival time may depend on location.

A dedicated technical service coordinator will discuss your emergency service request with you and dispatch an expert tech to get you up and running quickly in the time frame you need.

$105.00 per hour for 1 hour rapid response emergency support.

$95.00 per hour for 2 hour rapid response emergency support.

One hour minimum charge on all service calls.

Additional hours will be billed in 15-minutes increments.
