Purchasing a block of time gets you priority access to our
technical services and support.
We also have monthly maintenance and remote support plans
that also allow you to save money.

The Block hour program is an lower cost alternative to the
standard flat hourly rates. You prepay for a block of hours
discounted from our standard hourly rates.
Hours can be used for desktop, server or network level support.
With each block of hours you also receive phone support and
remote desktop support. You also receive a network assessment,
a network diagram, a security analysis, priority response,
extended service hours and much more.
Block of hours are for use with standard business hours.
Emergency, after hour and holiday service are billed at time
and a half. One hour minimum billed per visit and in 15 minute
increments thereafter. The block of hours can be used at any
time within 1 years.
