What can I expect when a Tech visits my home or office? |
Upon arrival, Metroplex Tech technical staff are required to provide identification verifying himself or herself as a Tech from Metroplex Tech. All our Local Tech Experts are highly qualified field service technicians. The Tech will ask relevant questions for the purpose of obtaining useful information relating to the specific problem, issue or work requested. Upon completion of the work, the Tech will provide an easy-to-understand and detailed description of all the work performed.
